Sheet bending

Sheet metal bending is useful for obtaining finished and semi-finished products; this particular technique takes place thanks to the folding machineries. Marchino, in particular, has four sheet metal bending machineries , with powers ranging from 130 to 1000 tons with a working range up to 10m. Bending is a particular mechanical type of processing which deforms an object by applying forces of great capacity and it’s possible to bend even thick plates.

A complex procedure. Only thanks to high professional skills, it is possible to obtain perfect pieces on the first attempt in order to save time and material right from the start. The sheet, however, is variable from the point of view of bending because every time the various processes applied before the material ensure that you are always faced with different pieces from each other.
